Variety Pasta - Food and Beverage Division


Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian Cuisine, made from a mixture of wheat flour (semolina), olive oil, egg salt that forms a dough that can be formed into a variety of size and shape 


Variety of Pasta

  • Spaghetti 

    • Is most often come across, shaped like a long stick without holes. It is suitably served with bolognese / carbonara sauce

  • Fussili 

    • Looks like a spiral. Usually treated with a cream sauce with tomatoes and peas

  • Lasagna 

    • Thin shape with a length of about 20cm wide and 5cm are given the content and arranged to 7 years. Lasagna can be found in three colors, namely yellow for grilled dishes, red for a dish with tomatoes sauce, and green are perfectly paired with a variety of vegetables 

  • Ravioli

    • It looked like a small pillow or pastel, consisting of two sheets of pasta taht5 it can be filled. The content can vary usually stuffed meat, cheese, vegetables, and mushrooms until processed seafood. 

  • Fettucini 

    • Literally "Litte Ribbons" in Italian; sing (Fettucciana) is a type of pasta popular in Roman and Tuscan cuisine. It is a flat thick noodle made of egg and flour (usually one egg for every 100g of flour)

  • Rigatoni 

    • Rigatoni's area form of tube-shaped pasta of varying lengths and diameters. They are larger than penne and sometimes slightly curved, though nowhere near as curved as elbow macaroni. 

  • Penne

    • Penne is a type of pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces. Penne is the plural form of the Italian penne, delivering from Latin penna, and is a cognate of The English word pen.

  • Bucatini

    • Bucatini, also known as perciatelli, is a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole running through the center. The name comes from Italian: buco, meaning "hole", while bucato means "pierced "

  • Linguine

    • This type of pasta well known as spaghetti flat

  • Orecchiette

    • Orecchiette is a variety of homemade pasta typical of Apulia, a region of southern Italy, It's name comes from ti's shape, which resembles a small ear. In the vernacular of Taranto it is called recchietedd, or chiancharedd
