Breakfast 

Breakfast is the first meal of the day or the morning meal. Some people say about break after a long night sleep in a hotel during holidays. There is also brunch is a breakfast with lunch together. 

Types of  breakfast

Continental Breakfast

Traditional breakfast simply of croissant or toast with preserves and coffee. Currently in the continental breakfast si towards offering a wider variety of choices. 

• Continental Breakfast Menu :
  
• Fresh fruit juice: watermelon, orange, honeydew melon. 
• Assorted bread: toast, croissants, tools, brioche 
• Served with preserves: jam, marmalade, honey 
• Beverages: tea, coffee, chocolate

English or full breakfast 

The full or English breakfast is a more elaborate meal and requires more  preparation in the dining room before service than other meals 

• 
  English Breakfast Menu : 
• Fresh fruit juice: watermelon, orange, honeydew melon. 
  
• Fruit platter: papaya, watermelon, pineapple. 
• Choice of cereals: coco crunch, granola, rice bubble, corn flakes. Served with milk 
• Some vegetables (spinach, mushroom, baked bean) 
• Fish: boiled, grilled,, steamed - herring, haddock 
• Eggs: fried, boiled poach, plain or savory omelet. 
• Meat: bacon, sausage, ham. (black pudding/pig's blood)
• Assorted bread: toast, croissants, rolls, brioches, served with butter, honey, jam.
• Beverages: coffee, tea, chocolate, milk. 

American Breakfast 

The American breakfast also offers multiple courses of the meal and is similar to an English breakfast, except that American breakfast does not offer any fish dish on the menu 

• American Breakfast Menu : 
• Choice of fresh juice or cut fruit
• Choice of cereals served with milk (coco crunch, granola, rice bubble, corn flakes) 
• Eggs (fried, boiled, poached, omelet)
  
• Assorted bread served with preserves 
• Beverages (tea, coffee, chocolate) 
  

Buffet Breakfast 

Breakfast is a delicious treat every morning. When we get up feeling relax and hungry, there's nothing better than a great selection of food to make the first meal of the day a real feast. All of the breakfast menus already prepared on the buffet display and the guest will take any food they want.
