 Martini is an alcoholic beverage that has evolved over the years, leading to various types and variations to suit different preferences. Here are some popular types of martini  

1. Classic Martini: Gin, dry vermouth, ice, lemon twist or olive for garnish 
2. Dry Martini:       Gin, a very small amount of dry vermouth, ice, lemon twice, or olive for garnish
3. Dirty Martini:     Gin or Vodka, dry vermouth, olive brine, olive for garnish. The Dirty comes from the addition of olive brine, which gives the drink a slightly cloudy or dirty appearance compared to the clear traditional martini
